Gwyn Hardister, principal of Charles

domestic and international experience in marketing, sales
training, research and management, distribution development
and management, product research and development, manufacturing,
corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and relationship
management. Some of those companies include Johnson and
Johnson, Behringer-Manheim, American Hospital Supply,
American Dade, Baxter, Omniglow Corporation, Avon, Renault,
British American Tobacco, Tesco, Sainsbury, Associated
Dairies ( ASDA), Department of Defense, NATO, Ministry
of Defense (UK), French Foreign Legion, Nico Pyrotechnica,
GlaxoSmithKlein, among others.
Hardister’s product development
and sales marketing experience includes chemical and LED
lighting, glass, plastics, spirit and non-spirit beverages,
safety, military, micro-electronics, specialty textiles,
munitions, novelty, food, confections, entertainment,
medical devices, and cosmetics. Notably, as president
and CEO of a southeastern based $50 million real estate
firm, Hardister was instrumental in the marketing and
sales efforts that led to the firm being named the fastest
growing real estate company in the United States by INC
Magazine in 2000. Hardister is listed in the Who’s
Who in American Business.
Martin D. Ustin, Principal
Martin D. Ustin, principal, having
earned degrees in engineering and law, has over 40 years
of experience in product and production design, manufacturing,
marketing, sales, distribution and the practice of law.
Ustin has served local government service as an appointed
deputy mayor and as an elected official. Over the years,
he has bought, sold, and started businesses of his own.
In the spirits industry he has held management positions
with responsibility for national and international sales,
federal and state regulatory registration, compliance,
financial development, Foreign Trade Zone registration
and status, and other regulatory matters, in addition
to operations, including manufacturing, logistics, and
purchasing. Ustin is the holder of eight patents.
